Need a different size? Changed your mind? Don’t worry—we’ve got you covered with our Satisfaction Guarantee. Returning or exchanging products is simple; we’re here to guide you through every step.

At Nomavie, we take pride in the quality of our products and your satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a replacement or refund within 30 days of your purchase.

Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds and exchanges are easy and straightforward, but the process varies slightly depending on your method of payment. Please note that it may take up to 10 additional days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund back to your card or account.

  • Online and Phone Orders: Refunds for online and phone orders will be issued using the original payment method. Processing times may take up to 3 weeks from the day we receive your return.
  • PayPal: Orders paid via PayPal will be refunded directly to the original PayPal account.
  • Apple Pay: Orders paid with Apple Pay will be refunded to the credit card linked to your Apple Pay account. This option is available for mail returns only.

Return Policy Exceptions

While we strive to make the return process as seamless as possible, there are certain exceptions to our Satisfaction Guarantee:

  1. Final Sale Items: Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Sale” at the time of purchase cannot be returned or exchanged.
  2. Damaged Gear: Returns due to ordinary wear and tear, improper use, or accidental damage are not covered under our Satisfaction Guarantee.
  3. Unwashed or Excessively Dirty Gear: Used items must be cleaned prior to return. Merchandise that is not cleaned or laundered will be declined and mailed back to the customer.
  4. Product Defects: Items with manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship can be returned at any time, regardless of the purchase date.
